Affirmations have been near and dear to me on my healing journey. Sometimes repeated with desperation for calm, sometimes repeated while grounded in myself, but always repeated.
The number 3 is a sacred number so consider repeating these affirmations three times each before moving on to the next.
And don't forget, this is your fucking life so live it for yourself.
