There's only so much we can stuff inside before we need to make room. We've all heard it's unhealthy to keep things bottled up inside, but we don't always know what to do about it - how to get it out - especially with anger because most of us have only ever seen destructive and abusive expressions of anger.

Furthermore, many of us have ignored our anger for so long that we think we don't really get angry... okay sure, but then why are you snippy or acting passive aggressively and indirectly which you know is unproductive and doesn't leave you feeling much better? 

We need better examples of how to responsibly honor and release our anger. This is why I created this workshop.

We've all been there. We've all thought and said, "oh I'm so over that," but can you really be over something without actually dealing with it? Can you really be over something without processing it and transmuting it?

We all have had to table some emotions for later for a variety of reasons. But do we all return to that table to tend to our emotions? Or do we mostly numb out and stuff our emotions down with endless scrolling, tv show watching, hookups, food, alcohol, drugs, etc.?

Most of us haven't been shown a healthy way to deal with a lot of emotions - especially anger. We've seen such violent and abusive outbursts that understandably make us want to distance ourselves from anger all together. I get it. But we can only stuff our emotions down so long before they start spilling out in unconscious and hurtful ways. We can only ignore these emotions so long before they begin to stop the healthy flow of energy in our bodies and manifest as physical pain or disease. 

Mainstream society is barely comfortable enough to admit this so they say, stress manifests into symptoms, which is true. But it's much more than that. 

So how can you get to these long ignored emotions out of your body?

How can you even begin to express - literally express - these things if you have little to no practice?

How can you roar when you've barely ever raised your voice in private let alone in public?
